Size guide
For our bracelets:
1. Measure your wrist with a measuring tape or strip of paper. Just below the wrist bone, where to wear the bracelet.
2. If using a strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. This will be your wrist size for the bracelet.
2. If using a strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. This will be your wrist size for the bracelet.
(Example: If your measurement is 19cm, take a size L bracelet)
Please note: in this guide we are talking about your wrist size. It is therefore normal that the bracelet received may be larger than the size of your wrist.
If you are between two sizes, we advise you to take a larger size.
(Example: If your measurement is 16.5cm, take a size M bracelet)
Please note: Our torque bracelets do not have a size, they are adjustable bracelets. The size is noted in the bracelet description.
For our rings:
- Take a thin string about 10-12 cm long.
- Wrap the string around the finger that will wear the ring, without tightening the string too much, it should just be placed on your skin and at the level
- Using a pen or pencil, mark the point where the string overlaps.
- Lay the string on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the distance from the end of the string to the marking you made, in millimeters.
- Using the chart below, convert your measurement to size.
