Size guide

For our straps:
1. Measure your wrist with a tape measure or a strip of paper. Just below the wrist bone, where to wear the bracelet.
2. If using a strip of paper, mark your height with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. This will be your bracelet size.

(Example: If your measurement is 17cm, take a bracelet size 17cm)

Attention: Our torque bracelets have no size, they are adjustable bracelets. The size is noted in the description of the bracelet.

For our rings:

  1. Take a thin string about 10-12 cm long.
  2. Wrap the string around the finger that will wear the ring.
  3. Using a pen or pencil, mark the point where the string overlaps.
  4. Lay the string on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the distance between the end of the string and the marking you made, in millimeters.
  5. Using the chart below, convert your measurement to size.
  6. If you're between sizes, it's always best to round up to the larger size rather than the smaller.
(Example: If your ring size is 64mm, your ring size is 64)
