Delivery in 48 hours
Products eligible for delivery within 48 hours are identified by a logo and a mention in their descriptions.
Delivery within 48 hours is only possible in mainland France and is counted in working days.
Customs information
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They will be the responsibility and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses the package on the grounds of customs fees, a refund will be made without delivery and customs fees. The article below explains how it works and what you need to know. We cannot control customs in any way, we are unable to add customs or customs fees to invoices, as not all orders incur customs fees, this happens randomly in case of package control by customs services
How to track my order?
Go directly to your customer account to track your order.
If you do not have a tracking number displayed, this means that your order is still in production. Otherwise, click on the tracking number to track your delivery.
Where is my order sent from?
To reduce delays, La Taverne du Viking and since May 2020 has entrusted the sending of certain orders to a logistics partner, Ukrainians who ensure direct transits from our European workshops to your address.
The products are deliverable within 48 hours from our Normandy workshops.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Between the date your order is taken and the delivery date, we expect approximately 20 working days for you to receive your order.

My tracking is not working.
If the tracking number does not work, or it comes back as an invalid number, this is normal.
Indeed, the tracking sites synchronize their tracking networks with that of Ukrposhta.ua which owns the tracking numbers. Due to the war, the servers of this service may be temporarily off.
Wait a few days, and try again.

Late delivery or blocked tracking
While the war has been hitting our employees since mid-February 2022.
We continue to manufacture and regularly send packages from a country at war.
We have therefore reorganized with our collaborators and logistics partners the sending process which we will explain below:
- Our packages leave Kiev by container by train to the West of the country, to be put on planes in Poland (the airspace is still closed in Ukraine for obvious security reasons). Due to concerns about the size of the rails, the trains cannot cross the border between western Ukraine and Poland, so the packages are transported by truck and undergo an initial customs check.
- The plane takes off from Poland and arrives in your country where a second customs check is necessary, at this level, tracking can be put on hold called "blocked" for the duration of the checks by the customs authorities.
- Once the package has passed the checks, it is entrusted to the Post Office of your country to be delivered to your home.
The above changes and the way packages move around the world are resulting in much slower delivery than before (up to 3 times slower) please know that we are doing what we can to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible, and we greatly appreciate our customers' patience during this time.
La Taverne du Viking cannot be held responsible for delivery problems during a war.
Late delivery & commercial gesture
We do not offer refunds or any other form of commercial compensation for delivery delays.
The information above is very detailed, customers can expect to see these terms affixed to their orders.
We will of course do everything we can to help you in the event of a delay and will return orders if they are certified lost by the carriers.
That said, we emphasize again that once the package leaves our workshops, it is in the hands of the carriers and we cannot do anything for shipment modifications or cancellations.

What are the Payment methods?
La Taverne du Viking offers 4 payment methods
- Payment by Paypal from your Paypal account.
- Payment via credit card directly.
- Payment by credit card from Paypal (the Pyapal account is not required)
- Payment in 4x without fees from Paypal.
All payments are processed by approved and certified financial institutions. We do not save your personal data or banking information under any circumstances and each payment is secure and anti-fraud.
How to pay in 4x without fees?
Paypal payment in 4X without fees is available for sums of €50 to €2,000 spread over 4 monthly payments.
At any time, you can anticipate your reimbursement without extra charge. Simply log into your PayPal account and make a full or partial refund.
To benefit from the 4x payment without fees, you must have a Paypal account, your email address, telephone number and your bank card are confirmed on your Paypal account.

When will the confirmation email arrive?
When you placed your order and finalized your payment, you received a confirmation email within a few minutes. This email is automatic and may be in your spam/junk mail folder. It is important to provide a valid email address.

Warranty & Returns
Guarantee:
La Taverne du Viking offers a 6-month guarantee. If your product suffers from a serious manufacturing defect (see guarantees page for more information). We will offer you a new exchange of the item.
The La Taverne du Viking Guarantee does not apply to natural damages subject to the conditions cited below:
Natural damage, discoloration due to friction, straightening manipulation, personalization manipulation, deliberate breakage, breakage due to opening and closing of the bracelets.
